# Seher Shah

> The public site of the artist Seher Shah - her private archive, read in public. Drawing, printmaking, sculpture and writing, organised into chapters. Every picture, title, year, dimension, credit and text is mirrored verbatim from the archive she curates herself. Nothing is written for the site.

Seher Shah works across drawing, printmaking, sculpture and text. This site is not a catalogue raisonne and not a press page - it is her archive, read in public. The work is grouped into chapters, each a way of seeing rather than a period or a medium.

Two things to know when reading it:

- Titles, years, mediums, dimensions and credits are the artist's own words, carried over unchanged. "Untitled ..." is a real title, not a missing one. A title is not the same as the series it belongs to.
- An image year is the year the work was scanned or exhibited, not always the year it was made.
